Accommodation
The Welsh Institute of Sport can accommodate up to 53 people in our well appointed, centrally heated rooms.
Situated on three floors within the main building, all rooms have:-

en-suite facilities
colour TV
tea/coffee making facilities

We also have a Laundry Room facility which includes token operated washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Facilities are available for the disabled, including lift access and en suite bathroom facilities catering for wheelchairs. The pleasantly appointed 'Sporting Cafe' is open throughout the day and offers a variety of lunches, sandwiches and hot and cold beverages. Residents can take breakfast and main meals in a separate dining room. Full or half board options are available.
